Before becoming a business coach, I spent over a decade in senior corporate leadership roles, leading complex teams in high pressure environments where performance, integrity, and people mattered.
I know what it feels like to be in a toxic workplace where bullying, politics and unhealthy culture slowly chip away at your confidence. I have lived it. I also support capable, hard working women who feel diminished or stuck in these environments to rebuild their confidence, find their voice again, and move forward into aligned leadership or business with clarity and strength.
